Do bear in mind our products are vintage and therefore most will have some signs of wear and tear. Equally we cannot guarantee the safety of any product due to the nature of vintage items!

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase with us is easy. Browse our products online and make a note of which items catch your eye. Please note that dimensions are as precise as possible; contact us if you are wanting to be exact on a measurement and we will double check it for you. Then simply send us an email and we will be in touch with you to discuss payment and delivery. Please note online prices stated do not include delivery.

If you fall in love with an item that has already been sold it is always worth getting in touch as we can try to source something similar for you.

We accept payment in cash, cheque or online bank transfer. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Once payment has been received your item will be shipped.

When we receive confirmation of an order, that confirms we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. A contract only exists between us when we have contacted you to state in writing that we have accepted your order, you are happy with the cost/method of delivery and consequently are issuing an invoice. This term has been included to protect us in the instance that a mistake has been make in pricing (i.e. a technical issue on the website or human error) or are no longer able to supply a particular product. If a change in price has occurred we will always contact you first to ensure you are happy before processing your order.

If an item has already been sold we will contact you to discuss sourcing a similar item for you and will only progress with your agreement.

All applicable taxes are included in the price shown.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are not included in the prices stated on this site and will vary according to the method you choose. Shipping costs will be confirmed when we confirm your purchase i.e. when a contract is formed. Products can be shipped anywhere within the UK. We are also happy to discuss picking up/ dropping off items if you prefer.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery is dependent upon the means you choose, that is to say if you choose a cheaper delivery option it may take longer (up to a week) to receive your goods. We want our customers to be happy so will do whatever it takes to get your products to you on time.

If you are unhappy with your product you must contact us within seven days of receipt and the product must be in original condition including all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunding if we believe there has been damage since dispatch. Faulty items will be refunded. We only cover delivery costs of faulty goods; returned unsolicited items will not be refunded.

Rabbit & Rhubarb do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
